If you have good credit or a co-signer, you might consider financing your dental work. The cost of dental work can be extremely high! If you are in serious pain and have been to a dentist only to discover the costs is unfordable, think again. This country was founded on credit. Why should paying for dental work be any different? Nobody likes to go into debt, but let's face it, when you are in pain - you are in pain. I have found the following places offering loans for dental services:

I have had dental surgery in the past and was given a loan by Dental Care Yes, which I didn't see on your list. They make loans for as little as $500 and as much as $25,000. Their website is dcyonline.com.
